I called Precision on a Saturday morning because I was having an issue with a garage door. The time window for a technician to arrive was a few hours long that afternoon. Throughout the day I received updates from the technician who was Greg Gray. He was extremely helpful in keeping me posted on his status for the day and expected arrival time so I could plan my day without wondering when he would arrive. That's not something all companies do. Greg assessed my garage door issue and walked me through what he saw and what needed to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to call precision again, and even ask for the same tech. Thanks for getting me out of a pinch this weekend!

I have to say that Brandon was the very best. He arrived on time, saw the problem within minutes, and explained what the problem was. He was able to fix the issue and was finished very quickly. I have a second garage door that doesn’t work, but that is not being used. He diagnosed that one also, told me what it would take to fix it, and never tried to upsell. I recommend Brandon wholeheartedly.

Greg and Scotty were super helpful. After checking our garage door, they went over all the options with me and were very patient while answering all of my questions. We discussed everything from the mechanics of the door to replacing it all together. They priced out all of my options and we ended up changing out my sensors, motor, rolls and tension rod. I’m very pleased with the work and the door is really quiet now. We are also able to control and monitor activity from our phones now. We will definitely reach out to precision door service in the future for all garage door needs.
