It took over six months to have the door delivered. The quality and construction is excellent. The installation team did a super job. There was one glitch.The wrong kind of window was installed in the door. The company has promised to replace them with the correct windows.

Quick service but way over priced. They charged 587.00 for two springs and took tech less then a hour. Springs cost about 40.00 . Buyer beware !

You did purchase 2 springs which are heavy duty, high cycle springs. Not all springs are equal so something you might search online, might not be the same quality as what we provide our customers. Your technician is very experienced so he is able to perform his job efficiently and that keeps him on schedule for all of our customers. We do understand the price can be a concern for customers, so we want you to always remember that you have the option to get multiple quotes from multiple companies. Responded quickly to my call, Service rep gave clear explanation of the problem and fixed problem within an hour of his arrival. He even repaired some issues with our old door that we didn’t request or even know would help make it quieter, for no additional charge.
