Greg did a phenomenal job for us. We purchased two new openers and he took the time to install them correctly (no small feat since our house is 50 years old), even upgrading the buttons by the door to wifi. The components and labor were fairly priced, and the workmanship was excellent.

It was explained to me I have a Wayne Dalton system and it would cost $1,300 to replace my springs and I would come out cheaper to call Wayne Dalton. I called Wayne Dalton made an appointment and was quoted a price of $450.00 for repair. Wayne Dalton has their own patented system. If you have a Wayne Dalton door installed and don't want to convert for $1,300 call Wayne Dalton. I was charged a service fee of $40.61

Paul did a wonderful job replacing a broken spring and some hardware on one of our garage doors. Since our mechanisms were 16+ years old decided to proactively replace the hardware on the second door too. Appointment was easy to make. Precision came the same day even though it wasn’t an emergency. Paul called ahead and showed up exactly on time. He then finished the repair within the quoted timeframe. The work was clean and thorough. He then easily processed the CC payment and overall it was an excellent experience.

Very professional. Company provided constant updates as to the arrival date of my garage door. The installer was great. He explained everything regarding the door and the equipment. He paid attention to every single detail. He was so kind and so professional. He even moved so items out of his work path that were too heavy for me to move. Before he left, he wiped the door down removing all fingerprints, leaving everything spotless.
