Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. Thank you for your prompt reply to needing an appointment, And yes, I would recommend your company!

I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

Replaced a key panel that had seen better days, fine-tuned my motor so it’s running smooth and quiet, and gave me a few pro tips I genuinely appreciated (not the upsell kind, actual helpful advice). When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

The technician, Evan, was outstanding. He first researced the problem so, based on the age of the doors, he could make appropriate repair and service recommendations. He not only efficiently repaired the door, but also make good and appropriate recommendations for the other door, to help prolong the life of the doors and prevent or at least reduce the chance of future problems. He shared several options, explained them thoroughly and did not try to "upsell" us. We were able to select the best option that fit our needs and budget. The doors both now open and close almost inaudibly. Highly recommend Precision Door as they gave the same thorough service late on a Saturday afternoon as they would have given if we had been the first service call on a Monday morning.
