Made service appointment for the day following a holiday weekend for a “hung-up” garage door. My 2 hr. service window actually began ahead of schedule which was great. The assigned technician, Mr. Scotty Johnson, was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Explained problem and fixed it in a relatively short amount of time. If/When needed again, will call Precision.

Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

I met with John LeFevre this morning about installing a new steel garage door in the future. John was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure, and John brought up a few points some of which I hadn't considered. When I made my appointment, I was on the fence about having a new door installed, but after talking with John, I will certainly move forward with the purchase in a few months.

The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The installer did an excellent job of installing new door springs. He was very informative about what he had to do to install the new materials, and explained that the ones on the door were no longer sold......he was amazed that they were 26 years old with no problems. I ended up having him install my other door while he was doing the job......great guy......I really like how you sent out an early text message with his name and picture.
