I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.
