My garage door all the sudden got stuck. I called Garage Door Service and paid $95 for the call. The guy, Tim, arrived and offered to replace the problem (torque) for a minimum of $1,800, but if I wanted a better quality it would have been $2,300, all fixable on spot. At that point I said it was too much for my pockets. I called another business while he was still there and they quoted me about $400. I kindly declined Garage Door Service's quote. My car was stuck in the garage since the garage door would not open. Since I paid for the call I asked Tim to at least help me opening the garage door so I could get my car out of the garage. I specified I need my car to go to work and take my son to school. He refused to help me. I'm very disappointed on how money prevailed on kindness and ethical business. I don't need to add anything else...

The service was outstanding. Andy the lead technician was great to work with. He did a thorough examination of the door and tested resting weight of the door which was high. He recommended replacement springs due to the age of the same. He had custom springs ordered and brought back for installation the same day. I wish I had this service experience with the other contractors that I have worked with in the past!

Chris called and said he was on the way and arrived in his ETA of 30 minutes. He was very curtious and after checking our system, he recommended we replace our 12 yr old garage door opener, which I okayed. He replaced it within 40 minutes and explained exactly how to use the new opener devices. Will definitely continue to use Precision!

We had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Company from the very beginning. The young man who came out to evaluate our garage door was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Our garage door was 26 years old and had completely broken, and he carefully explained why replacing it would be our best option. What we appreciated most was that he never pressured us. Instead, he patiently walked us through all of the available options and made sure we fully understood exactly what we would be getting with our final choice. He answered every question clearly and honestly. He originally told us it might take up to two weeks for installation, so we were pleasantly surprised when he came on Saturday, the office called us Monday, and the new garage door was installed the very next day! We truly appreciated the excellent communication, honesty, and customer service throughout the entire process. Precision Garage Door Company exceeded our expectations!
