Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue. Would appreciate a followup visit to resolve the opener light will not stay off. Turn it off and just keeps coming on. Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon. Regards, Bob & Christina Goodnight

Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.

I had garage door modified to a high lift with side opener. Ran into problems with opener and Trevor found the problem and Scott and Trevor re tuned door and replaced motor under warranty. Ya get what ya pay for and I’m glad I chose Precision. Can’t give enough stars as more are deserved

Extremly pleased with Precision Garage Door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial call to set an appointment for a sales representative to look at our doors, to internal customer service and communications of process, timeline, scheduling and install; everything they said about timeline and expectations was spot on! Our doors were 27 years old and had both doors, railing, coils relaced along with installing new motors. Andrew was our installer. He did a wonderful job installing the doors as well as explaining about the new insulation, care for the coils and railing and abour our new motors. Again, Precision Garage Doors says it in their name and well deserved ????????????

Woke up to a broken garage door spring on a lazy Sunday morning. Paul was there is less than an hour and had it fixed, with a smile, in about an hour. Paul was extremely courteous and explained everything fully! We are seriously impressed!

The technician took seconds to look at the garage door and made an immediate assessment that it could not be repaired but needed to be totally replaced. He also implied that the door should not be opened as it was totally unsafe, which pressured us to feel we needed to replace the door. However, we contacted a second company whose technician inspected the door for 15 minutes then gave us a complete breakdown of the problems and gave us an estimate for the repairs. He repaired the door in 70 minutes and the cost was 1/3 of what you quoted for replacement. We felt as though he was honored to serve us and did so professionally and financially. First appearances are very important. Thank you!
