I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. Kudos to your staff and for the efficiency all around!

I had my garage door replaced by Precision in 2011 and had it serviced recently to make sure all was still in working order. Running strong! My tech, Ryan Joyce, was informative and answered all my questions. After 13 years, still happy with the initial install and prompt servicing. Keep up the good work and highly recommend if you are considering a new garage door!

I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.
