Evan was competent and professional. Additionally he kept his word to do his best to complete my repair in one day even though my Springs had to be made. He went out of his way to answer question for me. I really did not expect such a quick response. I also found the office personnel scheduling my appointment to be professional and courteous. My expectations were exceeded. The repair was made in a timely manner and my place was left clean and orderly. I would recommend to a friend and would use again for door repair.

Garage door stopped working on Thursday at 2pm. Wouldn’t go up or down. Called Precision Garage Door Service who had technician Garrett Yeager at my home at 6:30pm. Garrett replaced tension springs, spring shaft bearings, and rollers in under 2 hours. The overall cost was reasonable too. Great timely service by a knowledgeable professional technician. Highly recommend Prevision Garage Door Service for garage door repairs and installations.

I called on Saturday afternoon around 345pm about having someone come take a look my door that needed re-adjusting after I added insulation panels and they were able to get me scheduled same day. The tech, Aaron Bean, called about 15 minutes later to let me know he we was on his way and arrived about 45 minutes later. Aaron was very professional and personable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He provided me three quotes for the repair and explained each one and why they differ. After agreeing on a quote, he got to work and was fast and efficient finishing within 30 minutes. After he was done, he again went over everything that was done and the reason behind it all. It was a great experience with Precision!

I called in the morning because I wanted my keypad replaced. It was very unreliable. They sent Evan out that afternoon. He was wonderful. He pointed out something that would soon be needing replacement. It had happened to several of my neighbors and made the garage door unusable. I had him replace the keypad, do the recommended work and program a new remote. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them.
