While heading to an appointment on Saturday morning I found myself held captive by a malfunctioning garage door. I contacted several companies but none had availability or made my spidey senses to tingle. I’m glad because I was able to get an appointment for the next day with Precision who lived up to their name. From the process of scheduling, confirmation of when the expert was on the way, to post repair, all was done in excellence. My garage door repair expert was Aaron Bean. He was absolutely phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. He explained all options thoroughly and without pressure. Once I chose an option, he fully explained the process and answered all the gazillion questions I had. If you are having any garage door issues or if you just need a check up to make sure you don’t and you like excellent and quality service, I strongly suggest contacting Precision.
Hey there, thank you for the joyous shout-out! We appreciate your kind words and thoughtful feedback on our team at Precision Garage Door Service. We are always here for your garage door needs!
