Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!
