Precision Garage Door service was able to quickly help out after I had my garage door get stuck. The technician Andy was able to quickly diagnose the issue and identify saftey issues I was not even aware of. Andy was provide a full service plan to help replace my broken garage door and ensure it was safely replaced. I would recommend anyone who needs their garage door service use Precision Garage Door Service.

I have used Precision a couple of times and I was always satisfied with the technician’s knowledge and skills to complete the job. Today Mike Grove came in and assessed my problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He was also very helpful setting up the app and took the time to sync my car with the garage door opener. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem. Thank You

Paul called in advance, arrived on time & came ready to complete the job. He assessed situation & showed me cost & extent of several options. Then, we talked through them. He replaced opener with better quality product & stronger motor, as well as replacing spring -in time frame he had shared. He showed me how to work all aspects. John was our garage door opener installer and he was fantastic. He came out to install the new garage door opener the same day we contacted Precision about a new garage door opener. He installed the new opener quickly and was very thorough. He installed a MyQ garage door opener, made sure the existing door and springs were lubricated and balanced, and helped us make sure we were able to add the opener to our existing account in the app. My daughter and I highly recommend him.

Scotty was our technician. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors openers and installation as well as the maintenance and repairs. The initial job was just to re-install two new garage door openers but I did realize that both of the garage doors needed maintenance. Scotty was able to advise me on what needed to be repaired and replaced and he did a fantastic job. He updates all of the mechanics per code.

Parker did a good job. He explained options and cost , obtained our approval before starting. We replaced-springs, rail and motor. Concerned about belt drive replacing old chain drive for a heavy door. He said the lifetime warranty covers it. We accepted his assurance.

The service guy was good. But the service is overly expensive. We just had to get the remote calibrated to the garage and they charged $100 for that. Then he said the door is not installed well, so he said he will calibrate the same, he just tightened the screws and charged 120 for that. So for 30 mins job we were charged $240. Which is ridiculous. Also, he was trying to sell us the remote for $69. Same ditto remote is available for $30 online. Not recommended. Arjun & Divya
