Our garage spring broke on Friday late afternoon with our car in the garage. I called Precision to explain the situation and they sent out a technician the next morning to fix it. Scotty J was extremely helpful explaining things as he showed me the problems. The house is 15 years old and the garage door need some repairs in addition to replacing the springs. Because all the use our garage door gets with 2 cars, it made sense to me to install better mechanical parts so it works better and longer! 2 hours later everything was fixed and working again — much quieter! I also had him replace the switch with a newer style because the original one was making a good connection anymore. I was vey happy with Scotty! He did amazing work in a short amount of time and was very professional and courteous. Thank you Scotty!!!

I was referred to Precision by a neighbor. The service was fantastic. The technician, Paul, showed up ~1h after my first call! Paul was very professional and courteous. He clearly explained the cause of our problems. He replaced two springs, installed two motors, and even corrected errors that previous installers had committed. Paul also called on additional help from another technician, Mike, and they both completed the job within 2h. After installation, Paul was also very patient in going through the set up of the remotes, keypad, and the Liftmaster app. Very impressive and cannot recommend highly enough!
