John Patton, the technician, did an excellent job of evaluating my doors and recommending solutions and options. John performed the work in a prompt and professional manner. Today I had Richard Sanchez come out to repair the seal on the bottom of the garage door. Last year you had sent someone out, they said the seal was no longer available and had to be ordered, but it was never done. Today Richard evaluated it, came up with a plan to replace it since it was no longer available, and got it taken care of today. He was professional, respectful, and explained what he could do. He then explained and demonstrated to me the periodic maintenance that should be done to keep the door in good repair. I was very happy with the work that was done and especially with Richard.

I sent an email Thursday morning, shortly after my garage door spring popped. 20 minutes later, I got a phone call, to schedule for Friday morning. Friday morning, I was ready to replace the whole system; I am not very knowledgeable on garage doors and their hardware..Andy was prompt, friendly, and shared his professional opinion on my garage door's life, in which he recommended only replacing the springs. Andy replaced the springs for me in 30 minutes, and my garage door works better than it has in the ownership of my home. All in all, my 5 star review consists of a few things, Andy's honesty for what my system needed vs didn't need, the speed of service, and the friendliness of service. I recommend Precision Garage Door of the Triangle to anyone. 5/5. An update, years later, we had some issues with our garage door opener’s belt. I scheduled for a Sunday — Chris arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, went through the whole system, and had it fixed within an hour. Again, amazing service.
