Justin called with his arrival time and was earlier than expected. He completed the PM quickly and efficiently. Gave me plenty of pointers for doing my own PM. Richard was fantastic! Arrived early into the estimated window, reviewed the broken spring with me, and pointed out several other problematic items like bearings that had locked up. He talked through different options and their costs and explained every aspect fully and answered all our questions. He fixed it fairly quickly and got it working better than before, then walked through all his repairs and pointed out other things to consider for the future to extend the longevity of the garage door. Will definitely recommend your service to others when asked!

Garage doors are a pain, especially when your HOA insists on an all wood door in a humid climate, but Paul at Precision made it run smoothly. I was driving in another part of the state when we talked & he made everything simple. It cost money, but it’s fixed. Door works great…just needs replacement, ultimately!
