I called Precision Door Services after 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. They gave me an appointment time for next day on Wednesday. Richard McCann arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. He evaluated my garage door problem and explained three options to fix our garage door. He was very polite and completely explained each option, I decided which option to take and he started to work right away. We reviewed everything he had done at the end of the project. I am very satisfied with work preformed and will recommend Precision Door Services to my friends and neighbors. Thank you.

Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Andy arrived to replace the spring and was finished in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and the entire experience was painless and efficient. Great company with wonderful employees!

Evan Kopel from Precision did a great job repairing my garage door! One of the springs broke. The springs were replaced, along with a few other aging parts that needed replacing. The door now works much better (quieter and smoother) than it did before the spring broke. Everything was carefully explained before the work was done and several options provided, highlighting the ones that were most important. I would most definitely call him Evan again! Precision was great to send Evan just a few hours after I contacted them! Evan was fully equipped to do all the repairs on his first visit!

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! My solid wood double door started having a huge crack of daylight and the metal brackets were starting to warp and fall off. Then the rollers started coming off. Michael came out and diagnosed the problem. He told me all the options to fix or replace the door and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I decided to go with repairing the door because I really like the solid wood. Michael kept me up to date on when the special parts would come in (my door required commercial grade springs). On the day of installation, Richard did a fantastic job installing everything and making the door look as good as new. He even programmed my car buttons to work with the new motor. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and really knew their craft. Highly recommend!

Yes, the technician did the good job, I have no issues with him. But, I had a broken belt, instead of just replacing it he replaced the whole assembly. As per him it is company policy to replace the assembly, I think it is not necessary, I just need the belt. It cast me way more than I expected.

Fast and reliable service. My garage head unit committed suicide, pulling the door all the way into the board/itself. My neighbor recommended Precision so I called and one of their technicians, Evan K., came out first thing the next morning. Evan was very friendly, gave me a few options/prices, was incredibly knowledgeable and let me decide what kind of repair/replacement I wanted - I went with the highest price option and even though I do think I paid a little on the high side, the service and repair was worth the extra cost. Will use Precision and ask for Evan K. in the future when the springs bust or my other garage door needs replacing/upgraded.
