After trying to determining over the phone whether we could rule out any easy fixes, Luke showed up and fixed the motor, and also suggested some improvements that greatly reduced the noise and stability of the garage door mechanism. After these changes my door went from sounding like a medieval drawbridge to nearly silent - hard to believe it was the same door mechanism.

I called because one of my garage doors wasn’t closing properly, but Paul both fixed it and convinced me to upgrade motors, rollers, and springs (which didn’t take much arm twisting, as I haven’t been happy with how loud they’ve been since buying the house 4 years ago). I was floored by how much quieter they are now, AND I can connect to them from my phone, get notifications, and remotely operate them now. It’s the best money I’ve spent on this house so far! Paul was super polite, informative, not pushy, punctual, and cleaned up everything when he was done. Excellent service all the way around!
