I called because one of my garage doors wasn’t closing properly, but Paul both fixed it and convinced me to upgrade motors, rollers, and springs (which didn’t take much arm twisting, as I haven’t been happy with how loud they’ve been since buying the house 4 years ago). I was floored by how much quieter they are now, AND I can connect to them from my phone, get notifications, and remotely operate them now. It’s the best money I’ve spent on this house so far! Paul was super polite, informative, not pushy, punctual, and cleaned up everything when he was done. Excellent service all the way around!

John was our garage door opener installer and he was fantastic. He came out to install the new garage door opener the same day we contacted Precision about a new garage door opener. He installed the new opener quickly and was very thorough. He installed a MyQ garage door opener, made sure the existing door and springs were lubricated and balanced, and helped us make sure we were able to add the opener to our existing account in the app. My daughter and I highly recommend him.

Precision Door Service gave me quick response when I called them. Technician Andy was very experienced and explained me the problem and what he needed to do. As Precision only sell the higher end garage door openers, I had an issue to meet my budget for the new opener. I honestly told the technician what I thought, and he understood and tried everything to get the best price from his company for me. He showed me why the new opener is better, quite, smooth, WiFi control… and eventually we coordinate well and both happily to get the new opener installed. It was a pleasant experience as both the seller and customer thought for each other, showed kindness and compassion to each other, and got the job done professionally.

Scotty was our technician. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors openers and installation as well as the maintenance and repairs. The initial job was just to re-install two new garage door openers but I did realize that both of the garage doors needed maintenance. Scotty was able to advise me on what needed to be repaired and replaced and he did a fantastic job. He updates all of the mechanics per code.

Parker did a good job. He explained options and cost , obtained our approval before starting. We replaced-springs, rail and motor. Concerned about belt drive replacing old chain drive for a heavy door. He said the lifetime warranty covers it. We accepted his assurance.

The service guy was good. But the service is overly expensive. We just had to get the remote calibrated to the garage and they charged $100 for that. Then he said the door is not installed well, so he said he will calibrate the same, he just tightened the screws and charged 120 for that. So for 30 mins job we were charged $240. Which is ridiculous. Also, he was trying to sell us the remote for $69. Same ditto remote is available for $30 online. Not recommended. Arjun & Divya
