I called Precision and had an appointment for the next morning. My tech Ricky showed up on time and did a complete overview of my garage and the issue and showed me pricing and quickly fixed the problem. He was thorough and professional. My garage had two broken springs and within an hour it was all fixed and functioning better than before the problem. Great service and very responsive.

The technician arrived on time late afternoon on a Friday after calling that morning with our plight Arron Bean was very knowledgeable professional and polite. He was very helpful with our situation a broken door spring and 2 cars trapped in the garage.. He worked without complaining about the heat while manually getting the door open to get the cars out. He then promptly gave us an estimate with recommendations to improve the doors performance.. We have a very heavy insulated door that is 580 libs requiring custom springs. We agreed to proceed with his recommendations he said he would be back Tuesday or Wednesday due to having to get the custom springs. We received a text over the weekend saying he will return on Tuesday. Sure enough he texted he was 25 minutes away on Tuesday was even a bit early. He showed up got to work quickly finished the job with ease. We were very pleased with him and the professional support of the company. We just thought it was a bit more than we expected but it was a bit of an emergency and who knows what custom door springs cost? 18’ wide door and replacing both springs. We would call them back in the future.

On a Friday evening I was able to easily set up a service appointment for Saturday with Precision Garage Doors through their website. They called on Saturday morning and were able to move the appointment up 4 hours, which was great, since my wife’s car was stuck inside our garage. The technician came out out promptly and got the broken door open and quickly freed the car, and gave us a detailed diagnosis of the door/spring repairs that were needed. We were able to use a coupon, and everything was handled professionally. Very satisfied!

The service technician arrived promptly on time, had my problem corrected in about 5 minutes and was very professional. I also asked him to service and lubricate the two doors. I have no complaint except the charge which I thought was exceptionally high. The charge was about $325 to make the correction on the door and then to service and lubricate the doors. The service tech said that the work needed to be repeated about every 6 months. I guess I'll have to learn to do it myself with possibly help from You Tube.

This was a great experience from start to finish. One of the springs on my garage door broke on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called Precision on Sunday, fully expecting that I would have to leave a message. Not so fast. Someone answered, so at this point, I expected an answering service. Not the case! The young lady on the phone was able to book an appointment for me on the next day, which happened to be Memorial Day Monday. I asked if there was an additional charge for a holiday and was told that there wasn't. So, we were off to a great start. Monday comes and Andy came to the house and he was on time and the communication about his visit was more than adequate. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be repaired and offered a couple of options. The fix and the fix it right. There was no pressure to select the higher priced option. I was just given the information so I could decided. I chose the fix it right option. Andy had to order springs because my door is so big and heavy (who knew?). Once they were in, he promptly returned to get us up and working. There was an issue with the custom springs, but Andy handled that quickly and was back later the same day to complete the repairs. Its almost like I have a new door! All in all, a great experience. 10/10, would recommend.

I selected Precision Garage Door because they have a local office and responded quickly to my call. I contacted them about a year ago to diagnose my two garage doors and perform some maintenance. Today I wanted to get a quote for replacing my two aging garage door lifter motors (probably original with the house). The friendly service technician, Ricky Sanchez, arrived and explained the various options including pricing. I chose one of the options and he said that he had the new components in his truck and could install everything immediately. I said “great” and he began working on it. In about two hours, he installed the new door lifters, sensors, etc. The new door openers are quieter than the old ones, have motion sensor LEDs to light up the garage, and each one has an internal battery backup that can open or close the doors in the event of a power failure. Ricky answered all my questions and explained how to get the app to control the door openers from my phone. I was originally expecting to have to schedule a separate time for the installation. I am very pleased with the new door openers and the fact that they were installed on the same day!
