We have used Precision Garage Door of Holly Springs several times over the years. Service is easy to schedule online.Travis arrived on time, and was very professional. He replaced our original (old) door opener with a new belt drive LiftMaster and adjusted our door without any issues. The new unit is very quiet and operates much smoother than the old one. Great work!

This was a good experience. A new garage door is a significant investment, but our service person did a great job of presenting options to us and finding something that looks right and fits into our budget. He also was able to temporarily seal our garage interim to the arrival of the new door. I'll have more feedback after the installation crew comes out to install our new door.

Monday night a spring broke on our garage door. We called Precision Garage Door because we used them before(actually, several years ago because they did such a great job everything worked great for a long time.) They were able to come out this morning and repair the spring and all is fine now. We want to thank the staff at Precision and especially Andy Maynard who was most efficient and thorough.
