Had used Precision just over a year ago to replace rollers , bearing plates, etc. on my garage door that was 15 years old. They were quick to reply to my call for service and technician Scotty explained options to me. At that time the motor was still working fine, but went out on me late yesterday afternoon. I called this morning and they gave me a time of 12-4 this afternoon. Tim McRae called earlier but I was at Physical Therapy and returned his call and he was here at 1:30 and explained that the motor needed replacing andwhat would be involved with getting a new one installed today and estimates. After my agreement he got to work right and had me set up by 3:00. A very polite, professional young man and had everything cleaned up and working. Thank you, Tim

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.

Richard McCann did a great job with diagnosing and immediately fixing a problem we had with our one-year old garage door. The track had become too tight and we noticed the door malfunction on three occasions along with new noises. Richard went above and beyond the requested repair so that our door is whisper quiet and running very smoothly. Richard has excellent communication skills, is very patient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Precision replaced an old door opener just over a year ago and I recently had a small issue with a noisy chain. Scheduled my appointment for next day at 12pm and Thomas called to say he could be there earlier at 1115am. Thomas, my technician identified and corrected the problem and was done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend John from Precision Garage Doors, the technician who came to address broken hinges on my garage door. He listened to my concerns about making sure the repair looked uniform. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Since I wanted all of the hinges replaced, he had to make a second trip. He stayed in touch and delivered as promised. Evan Kopel from Precision did a great job repairing my garage door! One of the springs broke. The springs were replaced, along with a few other aging parts that needed replacing. The door now works much better (quieter and smoother) than it did before the spring broke. Everything was carefully explained before the work was done and several options provided, highlighting the ones that were most important. I would most definitely call him Evan again! Precision was great to send Evan just a few hours after I contacted them! Evan was fully equipped to do all the repairs on his first visit!
