He thoroughly explained his diagnosis as well as his recommendations, and was helpful with added features such as the app to enable phone control of the door. He also completed the work sooner than I expected, and cleaned up after the work was finished. He made the experience of having to repair and update my garage door much less painful than it could have been! I would recommend him to anyone, any time.
