The spring mechanism in the garage door broke around 5:00 pm on a Saturday resulting in our garage door to become stuck in an open position just before a major thunderstorm. Brandon Mills was out to our place by 8:30 pm and replaced the entire spring system in 40 mins. His professionalism, work ethic, politeness (he was very nice to my young boy who wanted to see the entire repair) was exemplary.

The Precision Garage Door technician, Andy, called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive. Andy was very personable but more important, he was professional and courteous. He immediately knew what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and provided an estimate of the costs. After I approved his recommendations, Andy immediately got to work. Once finished, he took the time to explain everything he did and the associated warranties. Andy represents his company very well and he made a 5 star impression!!

He arrived early, was friendly, knew exactly what we needed, and replaced our spring in no time. Gave me a walkthrough and even lubricated our second door. Great experience. Matt did a great job repairing our garage door. Our springs needs adjusting because we didn’t realize how often we were using the garage door to enter and exit our home. We’ve changed that now to use our home front door instead of the garage door. Matt gave us this and several other valuable tips to help us extend the service life of our garage door system. I’d have Matt back anytime when need service.

Garage door opener failing on Sunday. I called and we had Scotty here within 13 hours! Very knowledgeable and professional. He had rebuilt the system - replaced pretty much every part with new upgraded parts within 1.5 hours. The opener has never been so quiet and efficient. I will never call anyone except Precision Garage Door again - although I probably will never need to.
