We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. The best service I've seen in a long time. Booked online two days before a national holiday and the repairman arrived the next morning. Great communication. Quality parts and repair. Scotty was knowledgeable and efficient.
