I first met Aaron Sweet who came out to provide the doors a tune-up. We quickly learned that the 25 year doors were close to the springs and wires breaking. What I appreciated about Aaron was the information (education) he provided about the doors. He never aplied any pressure and reviewed all the trouble areas with me. I did agree with his assessment and based on the provided education, I amde an informed decision that new doors and hardware were needed. There are many options which once again, Aaron was informative and allowed us to make our own decision, on style and construction grade. The experience was refreshing and would recommend the company and especially Aaron to anyone.

He diagnosed the problem with my old Lift Master opener, carefully explained all options to replace it, and promptly installed the new Lift Master model I chose. He clearly explained that we needed a new motor and belt drive. He was back the very next day, right on time, and finished the job efficiently. Scotty is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he's also a super nice guy with a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience pleasant.
