Technician, Richard, arrived by 6pm, quickly diagnosed problem, checked rest of garage door mechanics, and fixed the problem. Greg did a great job doing an emergency fix on my garage door later in the evening. The door was VERY broken (much of it made worse by me trying to fix it myself) and I have no idea how he got it working again. He was also very friendly and easy to work with.

He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional.
