When the 30 year old spring on our garage door snapped on a Friday afternoon leaving the garage door stuck shut we knew we needed to get it fixed asap. Precision had spots available that day and Saturday. And when John arrived he clearly knew what he was doing, gave us a couple options and promptly fixed it. If I had the time to shop around I probably could have gotten it done for less but I didn’t have time and they did a great job getting the door working again.

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. I am excited when I pull up to the house instead of annoyed by a frustrating obstacle. No need to say the rest of the family recognized the benefit. Top marks to Rickey and the Precision team

RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. Ricky came, changed out the unit in a flash, programmed it for us, tested it, and gave us lots of useful tips about garage door maintenance to extend its life. Great service!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment online to have someone come out and look at our garage door that wasn’t opening. Technician Evan Kopel came out quickly, assessed the issue and offered us a solution. He quickly replaced the springs in the opener and when completed we discussed with him replacing the opener unit which he was able to do on the spot. He was informative and did excellent work. First very quick appointment which we needed the very next day not 4 or 5 days later. Mr. Scotty the technician knows his work. He communicated very well about the springs upgrade, warranty, all other parts, and maintenance. We did up grade our plastic bearing to a sealed bearing due to the fact cold weather could possibly make the plastic one crack and cause a different type of damage. Our garage now is so quiet no more clanging and clacking, but our neighbors do. We can hear theirs opening and closing sounds horrible. Mr. Scotty thank you.
