Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that.

The most wonderful experience! From start to finish, excellent. The gentleman that came to estimate was prompt and professional. Did an excellent job. The 2 men that came to install the doors were beyond excellent! This was a difficult installation, and frankly I was expecting problems. It went smooth as silk. The 2 installers were kind, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. The did the job to perfection, cleaning and organizing as they went. I could not be more pleased with the whole process and the end result! Just excellent!

He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.
