The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.

He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. Our old garage door opener finally stopped working so I called Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send somebody out the next day. Michael Ottosen was on-time, called before he came, immediately recognized the problem, and explained all the options. He answered all my questions and then, after doing the work, made sure everything was working and showed me how to use everything in the new system. He is also friendly and a really nice guy.
