We're very happy with the service Richard provided to fix the opener one of our door. He came out the same day we called and inspected all three of our garage doors. After inspection he gave us recommendations on what had to be fixed, what should be considered as maintenance items for the life of the doors and openers, and most importantly called out what items didn't need to be addressed. Within a few hours he had fixed the broken opener and performed maintenance on all three doors. Great job!

I called Precision Garage Door Service with a question and concern regarding our garage door opener. They scheduled a technician to come the next day. Called for a wall mount remote replacement. I found the tech VERY experienced, friendly, communicated professionally with his ETA, work details he was performing. He also paired 2 more car remotes for us. He gave me some pointers on basic lube spots and " how to" do it. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I would recommend precision to anyone that needs assistance.

Will not use this company as they want to sell you everything under the sun. Indoor has a broken spring and they refuse to fix just the spring. Try to sell me on $1,800-$3000 worth of work. No thanks. I’m a small business owner and know this is outrageous.
