Very prompt response to my inquiry to check out my system. Solutions offered were excessively expensive and not practical. Technician was prompt and pleasant but the company is all about selling everything new and at an above market rate.

Our apologies for feeling like we are only trying to sell you something new, but per the technician your operator issue is not fixable because the manufacturer no longer makes repair parts for your model. Unfortunately in your situation the only fix for your operator is to replace it with a new model where you will have a warranty and the ability to service it should it need anything. Please reach out to the office if you wish to further discuss the matter and we will be glad to help in anyway possible.
