We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.

Had an adjustment issue with my 10 year old garage door and I had forgotten how quiet my garage door use to be until I got new rollers installed along with a new spring and WOW! Whisper quiet now. Blows my mind just how loud my garage door had gotten. Paul came out and was prompt and knocked the work right out. Paul did a wonderful job replacing a broken spring and some hardware on one of our garage doors. Since our mechanisms were 16+ years old decided to proactively replace the hardware on the second door too. Appointment was easy to make. Precision came the same day even though it wasn’t an emergency. Paul called ahead and showed up exactly on time. He then finished the repair within the quoted timeframe. The work was clean and thorough. He then easily processed the CC payment and overall it was an excellent experience.

Excellent experience all around! I called ~21:00 to request an appointment and got one for 14:00 the following day. Service technician Paul was courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me a good package price to fix my garage door and upgrade my opener. I want to also emphasize that Precision sent Paul with everything he needed including the motor. There was no need to reschedule a second visit because he was prepared and everything was done right the first time! Paul even helped me reprogram my external and car remotes for the new opener. Excellent service. No need to shop around. Go with Precision! You'll be glad you did.

Very professional. Company provided constant updates as to the arrival date of my garage door. The installer was great. He explained everything regarding the door and the equipment. He paid attention to every single detail. He was so kind and so professional. He even moved so items out of his work path that were too heavy for me to move. Before he left, he wiped the door down removing all fingerprints, leaving everything spotless.
