You guys are on point! Our door broke last night. Your service tech came first thing this morning (Scotty Johnson). He gave us a quick quote to fix it (good, better, best) and an estimate on a new door. Very professional, not pushy, just informed us of all our options. We chose a new door. . and I'm so glad we did! Your install tech (Luke Fisher) was at our house by 12:30 pm the same day!! Wow! Luke gave me a run down of how long it would take to install and got right to work. He was done in the time he quoted. He went over proper door maintenance and assured me, if we had any issues you would be right out to address them. Both Scotty and Luke are a credit to your company's professionalism and pride in your product and service. Your service is over and above all my expectations. I still can't believe in less than 24 hours, I have a brand new beautiful insulated garage door. Thank you! I can't say enough.

First class at every step, sales worked with me to get exactly what I envisioned. I had home made bifold garage doors that a friend of mine made and they were perfect for accommodating my car lift as I built my 57 Chevy. My installers Jaxon and Ryan tackled this difficult install while working around my car lift, I watched the entire install and let me tell you they both earned their salaries today. I'm sure Precision does a stellar job on all installs but their employees today certainly impressed me. If you are a car guy keep these folks on the top.of your list. I damaged my garage door which ripped with weather seal off the bottom. I expected to be required to replace the bottom section or perhaps the whole door. Greg immediately knew what to do, and modified to door to accept a new rubber strip with no problems.

I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. What amazing service all the way from call representatives to tech Scotty. Great service, product, and team
