I want to thank you for sending such a capable and knowledgeable technician, Richard McCann. He was prompt, skillful and offered a solution to the very shoddy work and materials provided by Pulte Homes showed us this issues and clearly explained the solution while offering us options based on cost. The rollers were slacked and ground down due to the door being improperly balanced, the springs were undersized and overwound, and the wheels were too small and made of cheap plastic (they wouldn't stay in the track). We now have a re-worked system that should last for years. We will certainly recommend Precision to our neighbors who undoubtedly will be experiencing similar issues as they had the same shoddy builder. Thank you, Richard and Precision.

I called on weekend and your technician was here and had my garage door spring replaced and fixed in less than 2 hours.

The service guy was good. But the service is overly expensive. We just had to get the remote calibrated to the garage and they charged $100 for that. Then he said the door is not installed well, so he said he will calibrate the same, he just tightened the screws and charged 120 for that. So for 30 mins job we were charged $240. Which is ridiculous. Also, he was trying to sell us the remote for $69. Same ditto remote is available for $30 online. Not recommended. Arjun & Divya

Gregory Gray was the name of the mtechnician who arrived on time as stated. Follow the Covid guidelines, very professional, experienced and respectful. He found the problem quickly and replaced it with a new one in an ample time. Teaching us how to operate our new unit was done intelligently.

Had issue with garage door laser, which wasn't working, so we could only close door using a forced close. Our technician, Greg Gray, was awesome! We got same day service, he had replacement parts in his truck, and he took time to fix a poor laser mount situation, which the original home builders screwed up. My wife and I will continue to use Precision!!
