On Tuesday morning around 8:30 AM I walked into my garage and tried to open the garage door. It went up half way and stopped. I tried resetting the circuit breaker. Nothing helped. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a little after 9:00 AM to say my Lift Master garage door opener that was installed back in 2007 had quitting working. Precision had a service technician at my house my 10:30 AM. The service technician diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. I selected the LM6690L Quiet Belt Drive garage door opener from Lift Master. The service technician had one in his truck. He installed the new garage door opener and taught us how to use the new Remote Controls by 11:45 AM. We’ve been using the new Lift Master garage door opener for almost a week now and we’ve been extremely happy with it and the service we received.

Was able to talk with a liver person at night as the torsion spring broke leaving us unable to raise our two-car garage door. Technician arrived early the following morning with all required repairs plus new rollers and motor completed by 11am.

This is the second time I have needed Precision Garage Door. The first time was for a new spring. This time we knocked the door off of the track and were unable to open the door to get our cars out. I called and Precision sent someone out within a couple of hours! He was able to quickly repair our garage door and get us on our way.

Andy was great!! Highly recommend! Update-been 5 weeks since we ordered new doors and still no update on when these doors are coming. We were told 2-4 weeks and were told we got standards doors, nothing out of the ordinary. Update-they’ve had to come out twice now as the sensor was installed incorrectly so the doors wouldn’t shut. Now the spring broke 8 months in. We barely use these doors. Really disappointed when they have great reviews and come recommended by our neighbors. Did we just get an absolute botched job here?

Precision service man arrived in the first 1/2 hour of the scheduled 4 hour window -- a real surprise & blessing. The service man, Andy Maynard, was friendly, professional, clearly knew his business, worked quickly, and was completed with the required work in 75 minutes. He replaced the 40 year old springs, cables and rollers -- ALL very satisfactory!! Great job Andy!! Thank You Precision!!
