Spring broke on a Saturday with no way to get vehicles out of the garage. Called Precision after calling my normal garage door company (which was closed). I was given an appointment with a 11 to 3 window. Precision stayed in touch and John Patton was dispatched to our home. He arrived on time and was a joy to work with. He upgraded the springs, put in new cables and new spring anchor plate and tuned up the mechanics. John was professional and answered all my questions.

The main spring on the garage door broke after about 14 years of operation. I went online at about 6am and scheduled an appointment, saying that I needed to get my car out of the garage that day. A very personable serviceman (Aaron) arrived on time and was very methodical and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and several other parts that were in a worn condition. Made sure that everything was well lubricated, adjusted and then cleaned up. Everything now works better than before, almost silently and very smoothly. Great job.

Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.

Great Company! They didn't try to oversell us, we were working with a tight budget. Salesman was a really nice guy to talk to and he really cared about getting you what you wanted. We had to delay the install and that was no problem either. Today they did the install and everything went perfectly. Our technicia was friendly and did the job fast and accurate. I would highly reccomend them to anyone!

When I called this garage door company first thing in the morning, I was very pleased to know they were immediately available. We scheduled the appointment and the technician completed the work in under 2 hours. The only negative was the price was extremely high but I needed the garage door fixed as it was completely inoperable.
