Jaxon and Johnathan did a great job installing our new garage door. They arrived promptly and worked quickly to get the job done in a timely manner. Jaxon answered all our questions about the new equipment installed and was happy to show us how some of the equipment worked. We were very pleased with the over-all experience and especially the timely response from customer service when ever we called with questions or concerns. We would certainly recommend Precision to others for garage door needs.

It is my great pleasure to recognize the great experience I had dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and Greg the technician who installed a new garage door opener at my home. Greg arrived on schedule, and patiently explained the problem with my garage door opener and the options from which I could choose. He knew what he was doing and went about methodically replacing my old opener with the “Bog Boy” opener. He also helped me install the app to control the opener and the camera. Because of my pleasant experience with Greg, I’m also having Precision install my new door. Thank you Greg and Precision.

Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!

I would give Scotty a a sixth star! Scotty was on time, professional, and called ahead to make sure he had the proper parts. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable about the problem with the trim. Best of all, he had a practical solution. Finally, he offered advice on a surge protector for the motor: a recommendation demonstrating his professionalism.
