Richard McCann did a great job with diagnosing and immediately fixing a problem we had with our one-year old garage door. The track had become too tight and we noticed the door malfunction on three occasions along with new noises. Richard went above and beyond the requested repair so that our door is whisper quiet and running very smoothly. Richard has excellent communication skills, is very patient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We are very glad that we have worked with this company for more than a decade and we will continue to use them indefinitely.

Precision replaced an old door opener just over a year ago and I recently had a small issue with a noisy chain. Scheduled my appointment for next day at 12pm and Thomas called to say he could be there earlier at 1115am. Thomas, my technician identified and corrected the problem and was done in 30 minutes. Terrific experience with Precision Doors. Called for service at roughly 9:00 AM and my called was immediately answered by a representative. The technician called ahead and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Evan arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided several solutions. I called Precision Door Services after 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. They gave me an appointment time for next day on Wednesday. Richard McCann arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Evan Kopel from Precision did a great job repairing my garage door! One of the springs broke. The springs were replaced, along with a few other aging parts that needed replacing. The door now works much better (quieter and smoother) than it did before the spring broke. Everything was carefully explained before the work was done and several options provided, highlighting the ones that were most important. I would most definitely call him Evan again! Precision was great to send Evan just a few hours after I contacted them! Evan was fully equipped to do all the repairs on his first visit!

Yes, the technician did the good job, I have no issues with him. But, I had a broken belt, instead of just replacing it he replaced the whole assembly. As per him it is company policy to replace the assembly, I think it is not necessary, I just need the belt. It cast me way more than I expected.

At 10AM Saturday Morning, our Garage Door Spring sprung with a loud "Bang". Both our cars were trapped in the garage as we could not ascertain a way to open the door manually. My wife did some quick research on the Internet and saw the fabulous Reviews for Precision Garage Doors, so at 10:30AM I gave them a call. I spoke with a delightful lady who said they could have a Technician at our home by 2PM. Evan Kopel arrived at 1:30PM and was quickly able to raise the door so we were able to get our cars out. He then did a Safety Inspection which revealed that much of our Garage Door system was in need of maintenance. That was not surprising as our home was built in 2004. We purchased the home in 2012 and have only had the Garage Door serviced once, likely about 10 years ago. Evan then presented us with three Repair Options, showing pricing for the "Must Do" (replace the Spring) and two "Should Dos" (replace the Rollers and also other components), He clearly and professionally explained the rationale for each Option. Given Evan's attention to detail, we elected to get all the work done - which Evan immediately began to do. The work was completed in less than an hour and we were delighted to receive a Military Discount which saved us almost $100. Having learned our lesson we plan to have Evan revisit on an annual basis to Inspect the Garage Door system and perform any necessary maintenance so we will not encounter any future surprises like the one we received last Saturday Morning. Great Job Evan - Thank You!

Previous service and I purchased my current garage door from them. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is my repair order was not completed on the first 2 occasions because of a "computer glitch". On the 3rd try I got a repair tech. We have a newly built home and after 3 years I woke up this morning to a broken garage spring. I called the company who installed the system only to be told that the next service call would be mid next week, which was unacceptable! I’ve worked with Precision Garage Doors back in New York and know them to be of the highest quality. I gave them a call and was informed that they would be out within a couple of hours. Our tech was Tim McRea who was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for me to select from which fixed the problem. This will once again be my go to company for solutions!

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they had a tech Michael Ottoen here Monday morning. Michael was very knowledgeable of garage door parts and mechanics. He identified the problem and expalined options to fix the spring and replace other parts that would otherwise require replacement in the near future. Michael make the corrections and the door now functions as expected. IMichael was friendly and easy to discuss options. I recommend Presicsion to others based on this occurance.
