Was told on the phone that a Torsion spring repair would be between $150-$300 all in, but they couldn’t quote the exact price until tech shows up. Oh, and the tech costs $75 to show up, but we credit you if you use us. Classic sunk cost fallacy here. Tech shows up and says the part costs $330. Just wasted $75 for a visit.

All calls that come in are recorded to help if there is a communication breakdown during the scheduling and quoting process. After listening to the call, the young lady quoted the service call of $75 that was waived with repair on multiple occasions as that was a specific question you had about the charge. You also asked about pricing which you were given a range which the technicians quote also matched. We are sorry you're unhappy, but the information you were given on what to expect when the technician came out to your home was correct. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Jon Holbrook measured my garage for an Enduring 200 Door and a LM 8500W Jackshaft Opener with a high lift kit to accommodate a car lift. This involves a custom fabricated set of rails which bring the door to within 3 inches of the ceiling to provide maximum clearance for the car lift. The installers, George and John, did a stellar installation job! Everything fit together perfectly and looks great. I am extremely pleased with the results. I'll send some pictures after the lift is installed.

It is my great pleasure to recognize the great experience I had dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and Greg the technician who installed a new garage door opener at my home. Greg arrived on schedule, and patiently explained the problem with my garage door opener and the options from which I could choose. He knew what he was doing and went about methodically replacing my old opener with the “Bog Boy” opener. He also helped me install the app to control the opener and the camera.
