Nothing against the tech Mike who came out to install my new garage door opener but I would like to provide some feedback on the fact that the serial number decal given to me on the manual wasn't the correct one for registering the warranty. It would have been nice to have been told that and even nicer if the correct serial number was detailed somewhere other than on the actual opener under the light cover.

Gary responded in an emergency when the contractors renovating my kitchen couldn’t open my garage door. I was already at work and the spring had broken. Replaced with a nice new quieter lift all before I got home. Will definitely repalace the door soon with him. Great service!!!!

We use Precision when we had a garage issue at our last house, and they did great. So when we had an issue with the opener at our newest house, we pulled out the old invoice and called again. Mike was able to come out same day, and even though we were one of his last stops, he committed to and finished a pretty big job, working into the evening to remedy our garage door issues with excellent attention. Kudos!
