Precision Door responded very quickly to my request for service. Scott recommended new rollers and adjustment to fix the noise problem. This was done very efficiently with parts he had on his truck and for a reasonable price. The problem was solved and I am quite happy with the service.

I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.

Richard did a great job demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. He knew what needed to be done to repair my garage and did it in a timely manner. They were supposed to be here between 12-4 and they ended up being ahead of schedule and were able to come early!
