Absolutely fantastic experience. Every aspect was great from the initial inspection, pricing, scheduling, install and post-install support. Every member of the staff was personable and professional, they communicated well and helped to evaluate my old door and give me good advice about the trade-offs between repairing vs. replacing. 100% would recommend to a friend and would feel comfortable using them again in the future.

I placed an online request on a Sunday night. The technician (Alex Glenn) came the next day at the requested time and repaired my garage door opener quickly. Alex clearly explained the problem and what needed to be done. He replaced the broken builder grade part with a more substantial part so I feel confident this won’t happen again. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Your technician, Richard McCann, was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He informed me of what he was doing and why. He even explained what repairs I should expect next and how they would not be affected by what he had done, but by the age of other systems.
