Scotty Johnson is an excellent technician! He diagnosed our garage failure, and explained why our second door was in danger of failure as well. He installed our new systems quickly and took the time to ensure that everything was set up and working correctly. Highly recommended!!

Our garage door spring broke last evening. It trapped our car inside as we could not open/lift the door. Also I had a doctor appt I needed to get to this afternoon. The company listed on the door not only had no means to schedule an appt online, but also only had voicemail. Precision has online scheduling, and we were able to immediately schedule an appt for the NEXT MORNING between 8-10 a.m., let them know we were trapped, AND we were also able to talk to a REAL person to confirm everything, THAT SAME NIGHT. At 8:20 the next morning Aaron Bean showed up, pleasant, efficient, and REALLY knew his stuff. He assessed everything, gave us three options for the problem and within an hour and a half, did all the work. We chose the option to replace all the hardware and upgrade to better parts. He was FANTASTIC in explaining everything he used, everything he did, and how we could do things going forward. If there were a 10 star rating for Aaron and Precision, I would give it. Period. Can't say enough good things.

It started out strong with a quick response to my email inquiry and had someone at my house same day to check out some damage we incurred to one of our doors. Aaron showed up and inspected the damage and said he would work on a quote to replace the panel. While he was there, I also asked him about replacing panels on 3 of our detached garage doors, verbalized my wishes for window panels and he showed me some photos. I picked one that I liked and was pretty excited to have the work completed. He told me he would send the information to his guy and then text me with an update on a quote as soon as possible. I text him a couple days after his visit and didn't get a response... never heard from Precision again. After I was ghosted by Aaron, I called the previous company I had used for service (which he spoke poorly of) and they came out same day, repaired my door (without having to replace it as Aaron had suggested) and have already provided me with a quote for the work on the other 3 doors. All that to say, I was pretty disappointed in the lack of communication and service from a highly renowned business and kindly took my money elsewhere.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the product and service I received from Precision Garage Door Service and their service technician Richard McCann. My garage door opener was noisy and becoming unreliable. There were features like an outside keypad, which I had in my previous home that I didn’t have in my current home. I asked for someone to provide a quote and an appointment was scheduled within a week. Mr. McCann arrived on time, assessed the options, presented the options to me clearly and professionally. I agreed with his assessment and thought the price was reasonable. He offered to do the work immediately, and in 45 minutes I had a new quiet, reliable garage door opener. He even programmed the remote buttons in my car. When the time comes for me to replace the door, I will look no further than Precision Garage Door Service.

I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great. Of all days, Mother's Day for my garage spring to break. I initially dreaded making a call to get any type of service on Mother's Day, but was so happy when Richard McCann was able to come out same day in such a short amount of time. Richard was quickly able to assess the area of concern, along with the full explanation of some solid options. Richard was a great listener extremely professional never pressuring me in any way. Richard answered all of my questions with such kindness and compassion. After deciding on a plan Richard was quick to get to work. This was my first experience contacting a company to service my garage and I am so relieved that I got Richard and you will feel the same way. Precision Door responded very quickly to my request for service. Scott recommended new rollers and adjustment to fix the noise problem. This was done very efficiently with parts he had on his truck and for a reasonable price. The problem was solved and I am quite happy with the service.

I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.

I have used Precision in the past and was impressed by the work and professionalism of the technician. The service preformed today was also profession and the tech pinpointed the problem right away. What I thought was going to a bank account buster was actually a simple fix. He didn't try to hood wink me into buying something or doing work that wasn't needed. Richard did a great job demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. He knew what needed to be done to repair my garage and did it in a timely manner. Outstanding service!!! Our technician, Garrett Yeager, was so kind and considerate. He fixed our issue very quickly. He came early which we really appreciated. He walked me through setting up the app on my phone. Which takes patience since I am not the most technically inclined person. I was very happy with the work performed as well as with the fella who performed it. He explained what was needed, what my options were, and the costs involved. He completed the work in less time than I anticipated and I am pleased with the operation of our garage door. I wish I had looked more carefully at the invoice before paying because I do not fully understand it.
