Our technician was excellent. He explained all issues associated with our garage door and explained why the repairs that he recommended were necessary. He completed the work efficiently and effectively. He also went above and beyond by helping us set up the garage door app. I think that he might have been the best repairman/technician that I have ever worked with. My garage door mysteriously opened and no remote or panel would close it. I contacted Precision at 8 am and they were able to shedule a visit for 2pm. Evan Kopel was my tech, and he did an amazing and very professional job of diagnosing an odd situation and ensuring that all components were working, including a necessary adjustment of the springs I am very satisfied and recommend Precision and Evan highly

Had Scott come and review my issue with the door. We discussed and I made the choice to upgrade the spring, rollers, cables as well as the misaligned bottom. Went smoothly and quickly in house for 1.5 hours total. Very pleasant and professional.

We recently moved to NC. Our house here has a Precision door opener. It worked fine our 1st 6 months here, but then it became stuck open. We called because after trying several things ourselves, we couldn't get it to close. I looked up and called your company and was happy that a technician could come same-day. Tim soon arrived and worked through correcting our problem and helped preform some needed general maintenance as well. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions on how best to do routine lubrication of the system, and how often a professional check-up and maintenance visit should be done. Would use Precision Garage Door again.

Richard McCann was our Precision rep and he was 100% friendly and professional. He worked around a last-minute work complication of mine, did an excellent job explaining the core problem we were facing, answered my questions directly and intelligently, and presented me with several options to get our repairs completed. Once we had a plan, he did all of the work quickly and efficiently. I had no unmet expectations at all, and assuming he's representative of Precision as a whole I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins

I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.

Brandon Mills from the Morrisville, NC Precision location is such a professional! He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house. I really appreciate him and believe that he has a platinum star in my book for his great service, attentiveness, and ability to be understanding for his customers. If anything, I want to ensure that other customers, and the leadership team at Precision know that I want to continue business with your company as our dealer, and I appreciate all that you do to find excellent staff members like Brandon. Our old garage door opener finally stopped working so I called Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send somebody out the next day. Michael Ottosen was on-time, called before he came, immediately recognized the problem, and explained all the options. He answered all my questions and then, after doing the work, made sure everything was working and showed me how to use everything in the new system. He is also friendly and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend the company and especially Michael O.
