I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door service. They were very easy to deal with over the phone and very customer service friendly. The people were so nice and were able to get me a technician the same day. The technician, Richard, arrived and was able to diagnose my problem quickly. He gave me three different options one of which was cheaper and involved using another company because they were the ones that originally installed my system to begin with when the house was built 12 years ago. You really have to respect a company and a person who will take into account all the options and provide you with the cheapest ones, even if it is not their company. Overall, all I paid for was just the service fee for them to come out but I felt it still saved me money because now I know what's wrong and I won't get the overcharge of someone trying to sell me a complete new garage door system. Richard probably saved me at least $700 and I will be forever grateful for that. If I needed a system installed or any further work I would definitely consider this company first. They are a first class act and care about their customers.

Richard, the tech, inspected the door and saw the issue with the door windows frame. He advised that the plastic frame could not be replaced, no longer manufactured, that it is simply decorative, and I should consider replacing regular glass with plexiglass for safety. He was very thorough with his inspection and explanation. He also provided an estimate for door replacement. I’m going to try to replace the glass for now, but appreciate knowing the cost to replace the door if needed.

My 2 car garage door fell off one of the tracks . The first place I called was Precision. There was a $95 service fee, which would be included in the estimate. I was ok with this as it was an emergency situation and they offered same day service. The estimate came out to over $400. Since I was already on the hook for $95 (which is what they're banking on), and they were able to come out so quickly, I agreed to the quote. The job took exactly one hour with one technician, there were no parts that needed to be replaced. The track was bowed and was able to be pulled back into place by hand and the cable had to be reattached. The technician offered a $25 coupon, but after tax it was still over $400. Be aware that this is a franchise company and technicians work primarily on commission so it's beneficial for them to upcharge. There are multiple businesses that offer FREE estimates as well as same day service at a more affordable rate. My technician John Patton was very skilled, but due to the exhuberant pricing I will be going with a different company for future services. Also, I question the validity of so many positive reviews as my first review was deleted after having followed the review link sent to me by Precision which filters through a 'reputation manager' platform called liftify. All the review replies you see are all IA generated using the same software. This time posted my review directly through Google.

From booking online to a brand new state-of-the-art garage lift installed, I could not be happier. The entire installation was done in about and hour and some change and payment was done simply and on the spot. The lift works with my car and phone and offers so much in terms of ease of use and accessibility. I could not recommend Precision enough—I felt communicated with and informed and supported from pre to post installation. I highly recommend getting your lift installed with them!
