I was very pleased with the level on professionalism, knowledge, and customer service exhibited by Scotty Johnson. Unfortunately, our 21 year old garage door opener had failed completely and could not be repaired. Scotty was thorough in explaining options and helping me make informed decisions on replacements. He went out ofhis way to provide the best prices available and getting the new assemblies ordered. And kudos to Precision in that the new door is scheduled for installation just 2 work days later.

The lady who scheduled my appointment with the technician early this morning was professional and friendly. Thomas called within the window of time she had given me to say he was enroute. He diagnosed my garage door problem immediately and resolved my minor issue. He answered my questions about maintenance, was courteous, professional, and was all done within approximately 3 hours of my call to the company. I had used Precision Garage Door Service before and will continue to give this company my business, if I ever need to call them again.

I appreciated Devon's prompt arrival, his courtesy, and his efficient repair of our problem. It turned out that his assessment of the door indicated some issues beyond a broken tension spring, which he was able to remedy. I was also impressed with the fact that he had available on the truck everything that was needed for the repairs. All in all, a totally satisfactory experience, Thank you!

We had an early visit to address an on-going issue with our garage door from Michael Ottoman this morning. We recently moved to NC. Our house here has a Precision door opener. It worked fine our 1st 6 months here, but then it became stuck open. We called because after trying several things ourselves, we couldn't get it to close. I looked up and called your company and was happy that a technician could come same-day. Tim soon arrived and worked through correcting our problem and helped preform some needed general maintenance as well. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions on how best to do routine lubrication of the system, and how often a professional check-up and maintenance visit should be done. Would use Precision Garage Door again.
