The original equipment spring on our garage door broke, and we could not lift the door. Technician Paul came out on a Sunday morning. He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. A job well done!

I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I called at 11:15 and Paul came and replaced springs and my door was working by 1:00 pm. So impressed with Precision and Paul in particular. When I called, the receptionist was very exceptional also. Great job!!! I’ll definitely recommend you guys!!

Paul arrived on time for a weekend call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and explained our options clearly. We ended up in a situation where we needed to replace rather than repair our unit's motor, so it was nice to get a review of the different features available on new units without any sense of pressure or upselling. Paul also took time to show me the features of the new unit once it was installed and stayed to make sure we were comfortable with its operation. This is our third experience with Precision Garage Door and we have been satisfied each time.

True to the claims on their website, a "live" Precision employee answered my phone call, and a technician was scheduled for the next day. He arrived less than an hour into the 4-hour appointment time frame, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem to me, and fixed it within an hour. Very pleasant and professional!

Nothing against the tech Mike who came out to install my new garage door opener but I would like to provide some feedback on the fact that the serial number decal given to me on the manual wasn't the correct one for registering the warranty. It would have been nice to have been told that and even nicer if the correct serial number was detailed somewhere other than on the actual opener under the light cover.
