They assessed the issue and showed us our options, which we appreciated. They also reinforced the other loose hardware that we didn’t realize were loosed. I've used Precision every time I had an issue with my garage doors. Good service and knowledgeable employees. But this time the price literally blew me away. Trevor mentioned a price change but this time it seem ridiculously high. $1300 to repair my wife's garage door. He wasn't at my house an hour. Again good service but the price may make me look elsewhere.
