Wonderful experience. I called to make a service appointment about 3:15 today thinking it would be done in the next couple of days. They offered me a window of 4pm to 8pm TODAY. No sooner did I hang up with the office when the technician called to say he would be at my house by 4 pm. And he was early. He diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail why I needed a new motor. 35 minutes later, I had a brand new garage door opener. I am very pleased with the service. The technician was so nice and patient with his explanations!

I was impressed on how fast the service tech diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. This was the one home repair I have put off for years because the fear of the cost. Repair was a reasonable cost.

This was an Emergency service call as our springs were broken and thus cars stuck in garage. No manual override for broken springs. Technician came after a long day of work and fixed it proficiently. Great job.

Greg came on time, saw the broken door and explained what was wrong. Went over the repair items that would activate the 7-year warranty, we agreed on what should be done and he went to work. After three hours all was done and when Greg said good bye and he left a happy customer behind.

Our technician, Greg, was amazing. He was kind, helpful and explained all the options and features of what was needed for our repair. There was never any pressure salesmanship and he was extremely kind and polite! Although there is no option to choose multiple items, we replaced the springs, rollers and the garage door opener. Greg stayed late to show us how everything worked and demo’d how to use the pull chain in case of an emergency and how to make sure we could get everything working again. I am super grateful my friend recommended this business. I will be keeping y’all in mind for my friends future needs.

Let me first say our technician was wonderful. Highly recommend I needed to get two springs installed. That went great The price was $600. I consider that to be well silly I did pay it but not sure I would use these guys again They were great but the price is too high

After reviewing the ticket for your job, I see that you were quoted for two platinum, high cycle, powder coated springs. Our springs are higher quality and have a typical life span that is 3-4 times longer than springs our competitors sell. Our technicians review the quote with customers on every call before any work is done, so in case there are questions, they can get answered before work is started. If you have further questions, please call the office and we will be happy to assist you.

Why garage door spring broke for the 2nd time and they were here in a matter of a few hours. Heavy duty spring replaced and I went ahead and changed out the door opener that had been in since day one (almost 20 yrs). Job well done. I would highly recommend them for all your garage door needs. Thanks
