The full door was put in 4 years ago, and prices have increased dramatically. It’s a solid door, and precision door provides great service and follow through.

Probably one of the best experiences with a service company anyone could experience! One of the springs in our double door garage had snapped the night before and I called precision and was able to get an appointment the next day at 8:00 am. Their tech Scotty Johnson called and texted before he arrived was very professional. The manner in which he worked and the knowledge he had you would think he was the owner. He asses the situation and gave me options of cost and estimated time of completion and kept to his word! My garage door was back in working order within an hour bc his truck had the parts and the tech knew what he was doing! I will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about Precision and the quality of work and especially recommend Scotty Johnson!

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. As a small business owner I appreciate good service. This was exemplary and an example of how things should be done. Thank you Precision and Tim.

Great and prompt service. Called first thing Monday morning and they had a tech out by 10:30. Repair need was obvious, but the tech quickly had the estimate with multiple well laid out options based on my standard setup and age of the garage system. Tech walked through each options and clearly explaining the “what and why” of the parts with each option. Pricing was on par with others in the area. The repairs were completed the same day. Josh the technician also went above and beyond with adjusting/lubing other components not being replaced to ensure as smooth of operation as possible.

It's rare that I enthusiastically wait for a request to leave a review, but I couldn't be happier with the sales, communication via email/text, installation, and products provided by Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh (PGDSoR)! Over the past 21 years, I've had my old opener replaced twice and spring replaced three times, and the door never closed properly and was dangerously heavy to open and close by hand. The PGDSoR sales rep diagnosed the problems with the old door, and the quoted price for door and motor replacement was more than reasonable. The installers were professional, friendly, efficient, and quickly helped me connect the opener with the MyQ app on my phone. The new door looks better, opens and closes almost without sound, and because the proper spring was installed is easy to pull up and down by hand and is therefore safer. I recommend PDGoR without reservation! 10/10.
