They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. Door is great. Installation was great. Prices were great. However, a small problem with bottom seal revealed serious problems with customer service. I must have called 5-6 times. I was promised callbacks which didn’t happen, given appt times which didn’t happen, before a technician finally came and corrected issue in 5 minutes. That kind of customer service does not get return customers.
