I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

I've used Precision for all of my garage door issues in multiple homes. They've always done a great job. My recent experience was no exception. Scotty was courteous, thorough, and efficient. He fixed all of the issues with my door and it's working perfectly now. Top notch!

None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Easy scheduling on line. Devin and Ryan arrived on time, assessed the problems-broken spring on one door and loud noise when opening and closing the other door. They provided information and quote to repair the problems and applied available coupons. No up selling. Excellent work! I was so pleased with Precision Garage Door's service. Andy set to work immediately, and within one hour, I had a new header unit to replace the one that kept malfunctioning. Andy discussed my various options, and I ended up with a garage door that no longer makes creaks and groans every time I press my remote. They're fast and do quality work!
