Tim Your technicians are very professional and do quality work. Unless I’m missing something, the markup on the springs and the bearings/plate are pretty excessive. I understand the need to cover costs.

Greg Gray was my technician. He did a great job replacing the spring and rollers on my garage door. I had a new motor installed by precision door last year and he honored the estimate given to me at that time. He also fixed a short that was not allowing me to use the controller on the wall and fixed some trim on the outside that was loose. Thanks Greg! Good job!

Fine service appointment today with John. He diagnosed my remote problem immediately and replaced the faulty sensors and wiring. He provided the cost and that is exactly what I was charged. He was thorough, personable and onetime for our appointment. For any issues in the future, I will call Precision and request John if he is available. Great service thank you.

I was really happy with the whole process with Precision. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! I would definitely use Precision again.

A predatory precision technician took advantage of my family while I was away. Charging my wife over $2k for new springs, bearings, cables, an unnecessary new rod, and 2 hours of labor. While I realize this review won't make the website, but perhaps someone with decency will care.

I've been a Precision customer for quite some time. I actually used the yellow pages to find them. My experience and why I'm still using them is the quality of the work, the knowledge of the technicians, and the professionalism of the technicians. Brandon Mills represented everything the company stands for when he came to do the work. He was courteous and helpful. Plus, I didn't feel like he was just there to sell me products. The fact that they are local and work with my schedule is an added plus.

We had an issue programming our new car, remote garage door opener with our garage doors. I called Precision late in the afternoon, and they had someone out early the next a.m. The scheduling person was professional, polite and very efficient. The morning of the scheduled visit, the technician, Scotty Johnson, called and texted me to advise he could come earlier if OK with me. In spite of the new technology in the car, Scotty knew exactly what to do and had the remote functioning in no time. He too was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Start to finish an exceptional, service experience! Use them!

When I found my garage was door broken, I was confident the whole thing would need to be replaced and it would be a 2 day+ job. Andy came out the same day I called Precision Garage Door for help and was able to fix everything in an hour. All their technicians carry the parts in their trucks to fix things on the spot, so your door doesn't sit broken for days or weeks. Andy also took the time to walk me through all the repairs and explain what needed to be replaced and why. Overall, great experience and would highly highly recommend.

I would give zero if I could. Quoted $1995 to replace springs and other components. When I asked to just replace springs he said the parts alone would be $1000. So having just replaced springs in our other house for $200 I said we would investigate before going forward Called Wayne Dalton who quoted $560 for upgraded springs with 5 year warranty. The moral of this story is run from Precision.

Evan rocks! One of our garage doors wouldn’t open. Evan came out the same day, troubleshot, and fixed the problem. He also tuned up both of our doors. They are working great. Definitely call these guys for your garage door needs.
