Great experience! Our garage door unexpectedly broke on a Tuesday evening. We were able to make an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning. John was super professional and made the repair process so easy. Definitely plan to use Precision Garage Door in the future!

I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.

I had the tune up package done on my 18' Wayne Dolton garage door. New rollers were installed and the door was greased and balanced. Unfortunately the technician could not change my lower rubber door seal due to it being a Wayne Dolton door (strange). So I will be going directly to a Wayne Dolton technician for that. While the price at Precision is always the highest in the area, the work , service, quality is also one of the highest in the area.

We had a recent power outage which led to a spradic opening of our garage door and lights not turning on. After a quick diagnosis, they were able to get us back up and running with a few resets. We purchased our gagage door 15 years ago and new opening last year. Both are working well and would recommend Precision!
