The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question. The service was excellent. Thank you!

The technician spent 10 seconds here and told he he doesn’t work on the brand of door opener that I have. I was still charged the $80 service fee. I spoke to a scheduler and the technician before the service visit and neither of them mentioned this possibility.

I gave a 4 star rating because the first installer tried to come at the wrong time and we were not home. The second guy installer,Jaxon Fisher deserves a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the job he did and the quality of the garage doors.

Trevor arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the repair options. He made the repairs immediately. We now have door with upgraded parts and a seven year warranty.

Our 35 year old garage doors needed replacing and we chose Precision based on their positive reviews. They did an excellent job with quality products and well informed technicians. My service technician today (3/14/2023) was Andy. Andy is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very polite. I request Andy every time I do garage door work or maintenance. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue. Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.
