I have used Precision several times before and have always been satisfied. I called Sunday to set up a time for someone to come out. I was told Monday between 10-2. I called back Monday at 2:10 and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I think the girl working Sunday forgot to put it in the schedule, she repeated address, phone number , email and time. I waited all that time when I had other things I could have done. Aaron was fantastic and very polite. If needed I will use Precision again.

When my garage door wouldn't close all the way, and I tried but couldn't fix it, I googled garage repair in Raleigh and chose Precision from the website. Called and explained the problem, and was scheduled for a technician to come out later that day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, John Patton, called shortly after and was nearby some came over sooner than I could have hoped. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly - roller was coming off the tracks. Before leaving he provided an estimate to replace the garage door. The charge for repair was very fair. It was great meeting John, and I would recommend your company highly.

This company's representative, Richard, evaluated the noisy garage door situation that my tenant was complaining to me about and was able to fix it as good as new by changing out the springs and various other long overdue maintenance. This is a high end very expensive garage door that we did not want to replace and he was able to save it so we had an excellent service experience that was well explained along the way and it was done in a timely and efficient manner would use them again 100%

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. The tech did a fine job for our door, the only thing out of line is the price of the springs. Over $400 for two springs is over priced compared to the market on line or from the box stores. The only problem I have is there is a sharp squeal when raising or lowering the door which I would like fixed. Other wise, no complaints. Great fast service in basically an emergency situation. Thank Garrett for me, He's a keeper.

Called to make an appt because the garage door stopped working after 22 yrs. Scotty, the tech, arrived on time and immediately went to work accessing the situation. In the end I opted to replace both springs, a bearing, and the opener itself. Scotty went above and beyond in making sure everything was set up correctly and even helped me set up an opener on my phone. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door

Precision and, in particular, Greg Gray did a great job with replacing my old garage door opener and, ultimately, the rail for the opener. Greg examined my garage door opener and agreed that the capacitor was shot. Due to the age, he recommended that I just replace the whole motor instead of trying to find and replace the capacitor. Since I already knew the problem, he did not charge me for the visit. I tried and failed to replace the capacitor myself. Greg cheerfully came back out with the new motor and replaced the old one. When it wouldn't reliably close (it would "bounce"), he came back out and replaced the rail--no charge. I could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service provided.
