We had our garage door "tuned up" after our previous service approximately 1 year ago. We liked our Technician (Richard McCann) from our previous service that we asked to have him service our door again. He was on time, courteous, friendly and obviously knowledgeable about his work. We would definitely use Precision Door again.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken belt drive. The reservation was easy to make on line. There was a 2 hour time window. John Patton called early in that window giving a time of arrival. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me options to replace the belt and rail or the motor and spring as well. I opted for the straight repair. He carried out the repair efficiently and it works well. He also went a step beyond and lubricated all the hinges on our 2 other garage doors. I would definitely use Precision and John again.

This my second glowing review of Precision Doors. Last time it was for diagnosing my problem and freeing my car that was trapped in my garage. Today my new garage door and opener were installed. I literally backed into my garage door and couldn’t get out and was in a panic because I have a very important Dr appt tomorrow morning. They were here within an hour and a half, was able to get out and secure my garage until I get receive a new door. Aaron, my tech was courteous, empathetic and was a pleasure to deal with. They did a terrific job, and particularly Scotty. He quickly diagnosed the root cause of my belt breaking, and replaced the rollers with a better quality roller, as well as the proper spring to relieve tension on the door. Extremely satisfied with the professional approach.

We have used Precision for twenty years. Our garage was doors have experienced only minor problems during this time but Precision has always responded quickly and made needed repairs efficiently and cost effectively. Our recent request was to address the doors not automatically reversing. Andy arrived the same day, identified the issue, and made the repair. You know that sinking feeling—you pull into the driveway after a long day, hit the garage door opener, and… nothing. Just silence and disappointment. That was my Tuesday night. I first called the company listed on the opener unit, thinking, "They’ll know what to do!" Instead, I was told I needed to troubleshoot the issue myself, snap some pictures, and maybe—just maybe—they’d send someone out (eventually). Oh, and by the way, their vans don't carry all the parts. Not exactly the help I was hoping for. So I called Precision. Total game-changer. Not only did they say they could have someone out that same day between 4 and 8 PM, but the technician, Andy Maynard, actually arrived early—at 3 PM! He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained my options (with zero pressure or pushy upsells), and had the new part installed in no time. By that evening, my garage door was back in action and my car was happily tucked into its cozy little parking spot like nothing ever happened. Friendly, fast, professional—and honestly, a relief after the earlier runaround. Huge thanks to Andy and the Precision team. Would absolutely call them again!
