I knew nothing about your company but quickly needed your service. I called Precision and had Richard Sanchez was at my garage door in less than 30-minutes...NOT two-weeks from Wednesday like a lot of other service providers. Mr. Sanchez immediately identified my garage door opener problem and within minutes offered solutions, the dollar value of all parts/service that I requested was entirely left to me. He explained all parts/services very clearly - zero ambiguities. Within just minutes Mr. Sanchez was up a ladder disassembling the original [broken system] and installing the new system; if installing garage door systems was an Olympic event Mr. Sanchez would bring home the gold. He never scratched his head or made a phone call, just became a "blur" with the speed at which he operated, followed up with an instructional demo for my wife and I (even re-programmed out cars' visor mounted garage openers for the new system's frequency). From A to Z, Mr. Sanchez's depth-of-knowledge and professionalism were second to none. If you ever need garage door assistance I have four words for you: "Precision Garage Door Service." Hire anyone else and you might as well be playing Black Jack in Vegas and remember, the house always wins. With "Precision," you are the proverbial "house!" The should be a 6 star option for exceptional service. The website scheduling is incredible and works! The service technician, Richard, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He created a quote, had all parts needed and performed the repair quickly. Went beyond just fixing it, and adjusted opener and lubricated everything. Exceptional company.

We ordered new doors 5 weeks ago with Andy saying it would take 2-4 weeks. Still haven’t heard anything. There’s a slight disconnect on when doors come in and what your reps are telling people.

Also, we wanted to note that because you ordered custom doors, those do have that time frame, but our team should have communicated that. Hi Ashely, I am very disappointed and frustrated with your service, I feel like got cheated and ripped off. I have Wayne Dalton garage doors which was installed by builder and looks like having issue with torsion springs. Your service guy mentioned these springs cannot be replaced at all and we must completely change everything and quoted around $2,250. I asked him few times to confirm if it is possible to just replace springs, and he said no it cannot be done and only option is to replace everything and that's what we do for everyone. I believed him and paid it. Later found out that Torque master torsion springs can be replaced just for $500. I believe you guys are completely dishonest and unfair, I called your company to diagnose the issue, if you guys don't have the parts to replace or if you don't do maintenance on Wayne Dalton system, you need to mention we don't do it, so that I could have called Wayne Dalton company for service or someone else who can do the job. I could have fixed it for around $500 instead I paid around $2,300. I called your company and told them what happened, and they gave refund of around $800. I certainly appreciate that, but it would be nice if you are fair to customers. Thanks, Ajay

The spring broke on our garage door and they were able to get a repairman out the next day, a holiday no less, to replace it. Andy was knowledgeable, very efficient, and had it done quickly. I had a really good experience with Precision. Our garage door gave out after about 20 years of use. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Andy Maynard was very easy to work with, knowledgable, professional, and also sensitive to our budget concerns. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through several options, including repair vs replacement, with a no-pressure approach. We decided to replace the door (insulated steel door) and will schedule service as soon as it arrives. He and a colleague were also able to lift the door as my wife and I could not open it, which allowed us to get our second car out. That was a big help! It has been very easy to work with Precision, and it’s been a very good experience so far!
