I met with John LeFevre this morning about installing a new steel garage door in the future. John was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure, and John brought up a few points some of which I hadn't considered. When I made my appointment, I was on the fence about having a new door installed, but after talking with John, I will certainly move forward with the purchase in a few months.

I chose to use Precision Garage Doors based on recommendations of family and neighbors. I was very pleased with the service. The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards including taking my old garage door away. He very patiently explained the new door, remotes and keyless entry. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

John Patton did an outstanding job replacing our old header unit. He was done in an hour and now our garage door doesn't wake up the neighborhood when we raise or lower it. He was polite and efficient, and professional.

on our first visit with Richard McConn was excellent he was very professional knowledge and courteous, we were informed that more of our doors would begin to fail to due the age so we want Richard to do the work when needed

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment, and the technician, Andy Maynard, was able to come earlier than expected. He was courteous and efficient, and clearly explained the issue with my garage door. The repair was done quickly. He replaced two broken springs, drums and cables and all the rollers. He did a full inspection to make sure everything else was working properly. I appreciated the transparency in pricing—no surprise fees—and the work came with a warranty for peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Door if you're looking for reliable, fast, and professional garage door repair. They made what could have been a stressful situation totally hassle-free.

The installer did an excellent job of installing new door springs. He was very informative about what he had to do to install the new materials, and explained that the ones on the door were no longer sold......he was amazed that they were 26 years old with no problems. I ended up having him install my other door while he was doing the job......great guy......I really like how you sent out an early text message with his name and picture. He is a great asset for you company...............thanks again......Chuck

Precision Garage Door Company, who istalled two beautiful garage doors last year, and came out to my home promptly when I called to report that one door, having been giving me fits with opening and closing over a couple of weeks, suddenly through-off a piece attached to the metal framework. That’s when I called the company and they responded the next day. When does THAT ever happen?! Evan, the technician who arrived to put all back in order, quickly saw the problem and solved it, while teaching me a few things about the doors. He was excellant — personable, friendly and perservered to arrive in heavy rain, being stalled on the highway behind three traffic accidents. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and excellant response to someone as clueless about mechanical things as I am! Thank you, Evan and Precision Garage Doors!

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. Thank you for your prompt reply to needing an appointment, And yes, I would recommend your company!

I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. He was so nice and easy to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you Evan for all your patience with me!
