Luke introduced himself professionally. I gave him a description of the garage door noise symptoms. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and lubricated the springs and rollers. Moreover, he demonstrated the location of all the lubrication points. He performed a safety test of the emergency reversal in the event of a child or obstacle was present. Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.

I called Precision a little after 5pm because I had a garage door spring break. They had a tech (Evan) at my house the next morning and the springs were replaced shortly after lunch. Evan was very professional, guided me on selecting a stronger spring to extend the life, and was quick. Evan was so polite and actually a pleasure to talk to.
