When I found my garage was door broken, I was confident the whole thing would need to be replaced and it would be a 2 day+ job. Andy came out the same day I called Precision Garage Door for help and was able to fix everything in an hour. All their technicians carry the parts in their trucks to fix things on the spot, so your door doesn't sit broken for days or weeks. Andy also took the time to walk me through all the repairs and explain what needed to be replaced and why. Overall, great experience and would highly highly recommend.

Called on a Friday morning and garage door was working in the pm, ended up replacing 16 year old motor and track system with new remotes and sensors, Greg was up front with what needed to be repaired and made little time of getting it done, very pleased

The technician seemed to have all the necessary tools to accomplish the required repairs and did a great job. However, the clean up included the large items, but metal shavings, aluminum and vinyl scraps were left for the owner to clean up ( see photo). I guess a $1,366 repair doesn’t include a thorough clean up.

I would give zero if I could. Quoted $1995 to replace springs and other components. When I asked to just replace springs he said the parts alone would be $1000. So having just replaced springs in our other house for $200 I said we would investigate before going forward Called Wayne Dalton who quoted $560 for upgraded springs with 5 year warranty. The moral of this story is run from Precision.

I could not get out of my garage and Precision responded very quickly to replace springs, and also for a follow-up visit to check balance. Scotty was extremely knowledgeable. He and his partner were very professional and courteous, and I will call them again if needed.

I've used precision a couple of times now and will continue to. Recently, they sent Michael on a late Friday afternoon to replace a broken spring and he did a great job. He explained the options, told me what I could expect and once we agreed on the job he went straight to work. He worked efficiently and the work he did was top notch. Additionally, the cost of the repair was inline with what I expected and it came with a 7 year warranty. I have no hesitation recommending Precision Garage Door Service and will call them again if needed.

Justin, showed up on time. Did a detailed description of what needed to be done. Plus gave us other options to discuss. Since the opener was over 16 years old, instead of putting a band aid on it we decided to completely replace it. We could not be happier. Justin made this work and decision seamless. I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.
