This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Precision Garage Door is fortunate to have Andy on the team! Top quality products were used and fair prices. I never felt "up-solded" in any way. Andy was extremely patient with me with my questions the entire time. Thank you Andy!!

Company canceled installation for yesterday, February 20, 2024
We apologize for the issue that having to reschedule your garage door installation may have caused. Per our conversation on Feb 20th, our installer was running behind on his first install and not expected to arrive to your home until later in the evening. The best solution for all parties seemed to be to reschedule for the following day. It is rare that these situations occur, and we apologize that it happened for your scheduled installation.

Great fast service but pricing was high. We got 2 springs replaced for over $900 it might have been cheaper to get an entire new garage door opener.

Needed a fix, a wire snapped and lo and behold they want to replace everything. New in the Holly Springs market. Fix it and you have a customer for life, try and upsell when completely unnecessary and you lose a customer for life! $75 to hear a pitch. Hopeless. Then I fixed it myself with two small parts and 15 minutes!
